Teaching Philosophy

My teaching philosophy is based on the statement that students can succeed in an environment that identifies and nurtures their individual learning styles. Each student has their own unique learning style, and my goal as an educator is to identify and adapt my lessons to capture the diverse learning needs that these individuals possess. I believe focusing on this will help to establish a dynamic classroom environment in which everyone will feel they can flourish.
